The Gardens of Western Reserve understands that independence and fulfillment are the hallmarks to making our house a home for our residents. As a result, they can spend their valuable time enjoying new friends and doing the things they enjoy. We provide the following services as part of our inclusive rate schedule:
Recreational Activities and Social Programs
Exercise classes, sing-alongs, board games, contests and movies are just a few of the many activities the residents enjoy without leaving home. Field trips, shopping excursions and restaurant outings keep our 15-passenger van on the road each week.
Personal Care
Our caregivers are never far away when a resident needs a helping hand. Whether it is assistance with bathing or getting dressed, we’re ready to help with matters of a personal nature twenty-four hours a day.
Medication Management
Sometimes just remembering to take medication is tricky, much less filling prescriptions. Our staff takes the worry out of the medicines that our residents rely on.
Housekeeping and Laundry
The Gardens of Western Reserve residents always have places to be and things to do and household chores are not among them. We provide fresh bedding and towels, as well as laundry and housekeeping services.
Worship Services
Sing and celebrate His glory! Worship services are celebrated on-site by various denominations through the efforts of congregations in the surrounding community. Staying connected and faithful is part of our plan.
Case Management
Among our many qualified caregivers are individuals who are responsible for assisting residents and their families with matters relating to their Gardens of Western Reserve residency. Our staff will assist residents in getting settled, as well as with issues of transition or assessing community resources.
Restaurant-Style Dining
Three delicious meals are served waitress-style in our spacious dining room. Each meal features a selective menu with two entrees. We also offer therapeutic diets for individuals with special nutritional needs. An evening snack is served daily at 8 P.M

Additional Services
Many families and friends caring for someone with memory impairment or a related disease have expressed the need for a break from caregiving. The reason can vary – travel for business, long awaited vacations, spending quality time with your children/family, illness or just simply needing a rest. We, at the Gardens of Western Reserve, offer two solutions:
- Adult Day Care – The adult day care provides a safe, secure setting, meals, social stimulation, nursing services and participation in a number of activity programs.
- Respite Care – Respite care offers all of the above, in addition to an overnight stay, on a short term basis.
