Owner’s Message


I would like to take this opportunity to thank the community for your support over the past several years and also to inform you of recent events.

Let me begin by introducing myself. I am the owner and operator of the Gardens of Western Reserve Assisted Living Residences. I have been managing long-term care facilities for 30 years. Twelve years ago, I decided to build my first assisted living residence in Streetsboro to provide the best quality of life to residents needing minimal, moderate or extensive assistance in the Western Reserve area. We offer assisted living for the well-aged, as well as specializing in assisted living with memory impairment or various forms of dementia. We are pleased to announce the Gardens is celebrating its 12-year anniversary in Streetsboro and 7-year anniversary in Cuyahoga Falls.

Now please allow me to take a few moments to describe what makes the Gardens of Western Reserve so special.

Our team is our number one asset! I feel strongly that we have the best quality team working at the Gardens. The staff ratio to residents is well above health care industry standards. It offers a very homelike feel, which is very evident through any stroll through our specially designed buildings. Our staff is unique in the sense that you can feel the genuine, caring approach towards the residents. I invite you to tour and feel the difference! I consider myself fortunate to be surrounded by the team in place at the Gardens of Western Reserve. We work very hard and strive to be the employer and health care provider of choice in the community and surrounding areas. We take it very seriously, day in and day out.

Our rates for the multiple services provided are exceptional. They are the most affordable in the area, To name a few of the amenities we offer: individualized service plans, nurses in the building 24 hours a day, onsite physician visits, medical director, in-house therapies, specialized diets and medication management, as well as a host of many other services waiting for you! Where else can you get individualized quality service at the most affordable rates?

“Word of Mouth” advertising has been our biggest marketing tool! We continually receive positive feedback from inquiries, families and friends regarding their positive experience at the Gardens of Western Reserve. It is evident by our wait list at both facilities. Having such a positive response from the community is the biggest compliment I can receive!

Our staff works hard at making the transition from home or from another facility easier on everyone. We understand the agony of such a decision and want to comfort both the resident and families through this difficult process.

The Gardens is also very proud of the donations and the countless volunteer hours we give to local charities in supporting the surrounding communities. We feel it is very important to give back and to be local community leaders.
